EnterpriseACP grants customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to access and use the Enterprise Agent Control Plane platform for internal enterprise AI agent governance, identity management, runtime interception, and security monitoring.
Customer retains full operational responsibility for defining sponsor human ownership, approving authority policies, configuring financial spend caps, and reviewing Agent Decision Records (ADRs).
EnterpriseACP retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, sidecar proxy engines, Agent Passport schemas, and ABOM technology. Customer retains all rights to its agent configurations, proprietary prompts, and internal business data.
EnterpriseACP warrants that it maintains administrative, physical, and technical safeguards compliant with SOC 2 Type II standards to protect customer data against unauthorized access or disclosure.
